Built to
last

Whether you're adopting your first CRM or migrating from an existing system, we're with you from the first chat to the launch and even for support after. Invest in a Salesforce built on your processes, adopted by your teams and ready for AI.

Two starting points

WHERE DO YOU
START?

Full Implementation is Salesforce set up from A to Z. Wherever you start from, the destination is the same: a CRM that works for you.

Situation 1

A fresh start

You're adopting a CRM for the first time. We build your Salesforce from a blank page, aligned with your business reality. What that means for you:

  • A custom configuration, built around your processes
  • Best practices baked in from day one
  • The option to carry over your historical data
  • Teams trained before launch even happens

Situation 2

A smooth migration

You already have a system: another CRM, spreadsheets, or an aging Salesforce org. We audit what exists and move you to a modern environment. What that means for you:

  • A clear audit: what to keep, change and retire
  • Your data migrated, cleaned and validated
  • Your automations rethought to current best practices
  • Continuity of your operations, from start to finish

Our 6-phase approach

FROM DIAGNOSIS
TO LAUNCH

Each phase gives you concrete deliverables and a checkpoint. You always know where your project stands, what's next and why.

01

Phase 1 · Discovery and audit

We get to know you

It starts with a conversation: we define the project, map how you work, and make sure everyone is on the same page. If you're migrating, this is where we go through your existing org with a fine-tooth comb.

Deliverables

  • Scoping workshop and project document (steps, responsibilities, risks)
  • Org audit report: objects, fields, processes and dashboards
  • Recommendations on what to keep, change and remove
  • Employee survey and analysis of friction points
02

Phase 2 · Analysis and specifications

We turn your processes into a plan

We write a single reference document that spells out what we're building, how and for whom. You get a clear, complete view of the project from the start.

Deliverables

  • Primary customer journey and department-by-department analysis
  • Field and picklist specifications by object
  • Up to 10 key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Database cleanup plan and glossary
03

Phase 3 · Configuration and security

We lay the foundations

We configure your org before any development, with security that's current and rigorous. A platform built on solid ground ages better.

Deliverables

  • Company settings and branding in your colors
  • Sharing and access structure
  • MFA and security policies (session, password)
  • Standard integrations: Einstein Activity Capture, Office 365
04

Phase 4 · Customization

We shape your Salesforce

This is where your CRM takes its final shape. Objects, automations, dashboards and data: every piece is configured for your teams and tested along the way.

Deliverables

  • Standard and custom objects (fields, record types, page layouts)
  • Automations (Flows) and approval processes
  • Dashboards, reports and Lightning apps
  • Data import and validation, third-party integrations
05

Phase 5 · Testing, launch and stabilization

We validate, then we launch

Before go-live, we test everything and support you through your own testing. After launch, our team stays by your side for adjustments.

Deliverables

  • Internal testing across the full customer journey
  • UAT use cases by persona and a guided session
  • User activation and go-live
  • Priority support during launch
06

Phase 6 · Training

We make your teams self-sufficient

A well-built CRM is worth nothing if no one uses it. We train each profile according to their role, with hands-on materials and a practice environment. We build for long-term adoption.

Deliverables

  • Tailored program: users, super-users, managers and admins
  • Groupe Zulu's standard training materials, tailored to your context
  • Access to a practice environment
  • Train-the-Trainer option for your internal trainers

01How long does a full implementation take?
It depends on the size of your organization and the complexity of your processes. After the Phase 1 scoping workshop, we hand you a realistic timeline with clear milestones. You know what to expect before you commit.
02We're migrating from another system. Does our data come along?
Yes. Data migration is part of it: you provide clean files, we align them to the new structure, import them, and validate each object after import. Deep cleaning of the source data stays your responsibility, but we guide you in scoping it.
03Do we keep control of our org afterward?
Completely. It's your org, and our goal is to make you self-sufficient. The final phase is dedicated to training your admins and users. Everything is documented: naming conventions, glossary and processes. You're never locked in to a vendor.
04What if our needs change along the way?
That's normal, and we expect it. Each phase includes a review cycle. We handle new requests transparently as your project change requests.
05Do you handle team training as well?
Yes. It's essential in our view. The final phase includes a program tailored to each profile, from users to admins, with documentation and an environment to practice in. We can even train your internal trainers with the Train-the-Trainer option.
06What happens after launch?
We don't disappear on launch day. Phase 5 includes a stabilization period with an allowance for adjustments within 30 days of go-live. Beyond that, our 360 Monitoring and support services can take over.
